**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Plant Operator to join our operations project team. The Plant Operator will handle a variety of mid-complex to complex tasks, including field assignments tailored to client needs. If this opportunity interests you, please apply.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct daily operations and maintenance of the treatment plant.
+ Perform minor routine maintenance on equipment.
+ Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
+ Utilize fundamental principles, terminology, and methodologies to complete assignments, adhering to standard policies and procedures within the discipline.
+ Operate facilities using computer or PLC controls.
+ Monitor, regulate, and adjust chlorinators, chemical feed pumps, and other process equipment.
+ Collect samples and perform routine in-lab tests as required.
+ Maintain logs of operations and maintenance activities and related records.
+ Operate the system to ensure compliance with permit requirements.
+ Clean clarifiers, dissolved air flotation systems, contact basins, and operate sludge handling equipment and other process unit equipment as needed.
+ Demonstrate good knowledge of practices and equipment used in the O&M of industrial facilities, and conduct routine laboratory and field tests for plant operations control.
+ Potentially operate various equipment such as forklifts, aerial or scissor lifts, generators, compressors, pumps, etc.
+ Actively contribute to creating a safety culture at the jobsite.
+ Follow the policies and standards outlined in the Project Delivery Manual (PDM), Employee Manual, and Corporate Health & Safety Manual.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in wastewater, wastewater treatment, mechanical maintenance, repair, operation, pump assembly, valves, and water systems.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
