**Job Title: Water Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the oil and gas industry. The positions are based in Morgantown and Waynesburg.
**Responsibilities**
+ Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.
+ Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.
+ Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them according to project plans and specifications.
+ Store and stack materials.
+ Tend to pumps and generators.
+ Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
+ Operate hand and power tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
+ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a team environment.
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Must pass a motor vehicle record check with no DUIs in the last 5 years and no more than 3 minor traffic incidents within the last year.
+ Ability to work 75+ hours per week, including additional hours when needed.
**Work Environment**
This role requires working outdoors 24/7, with shifts from 6pm to 6am. Candidates must be willing to work 12-14 hour shifts and night shifts. The work attire includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Training will involve shadowing a lead operator for the first week. Note that this team does not provide hotels for orientation or daily work.
