**Job Title: Water Transfer $16-18/hr (Weekly Pay)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months of experience within the oil and gas industry. This role is tied to the Reynoldsville yard but will involve working on sites between Cranberry, Butler, Kittanning, Dubois. We have openings for flexible AM and PM shifts. **Responsibilities** + Employees will be staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations. + Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment. + Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications. + Store and stack material. + Tend to pumps and generators. + Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. + Operate hand and power tools. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. + Outstanding organizational and time management skills. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Ability to thrive in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus. + High school graduate or GED equivalent. + Valid driver's license. + Safeland certification preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication, offering opportunities for growth and development within the oil and gas industry. Employees must wear steel-toed boots, jeans, and work shirts. The role requires physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials (up to 100 lbs), and operating hand and power tools. Vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
