ResponsibilitiesStaff fracs and station at pump stations.Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.Store and stack materials.Tend to pumps and generators.Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.Operate hand and power tools.Essential SkillsKnowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on safety.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's licenseHigh school graduate or GED equivalent.Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus but not required. Work Environment
This position requires working outdoors 24/7, with 12-14 hour shifts, including night shifts. Employees must be prepared for physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials up to 50 lbs, and operating hand and power tools. The dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and work shirts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
