Water Project Manager

Description

Oversee water/wastewater infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.Provide technical support and contribute to the design and implementation of water treatment facilities.Collaborate with client service managers and stakeholders to ensure positive client interactions.Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.Travel to project sites and other offices as needed.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.Mentor and motivate project team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects, with at least 2+ years in a project management role.California Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.Strong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater industry.Excellent client service and interaction skills.Experience in business development and proposal contributions.Ability to travel as needed.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule management.Leadership and team management skills.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
