Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Water Resources EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Work under project engineers on the application of various design engineering and modeling techniques in the development of water resource projects for federal, state and local municipalitiesFocus on hydraulics and hydrology modeling, stormwater collection systems modeling, data collection, assimilation, and presentationsFocus on projects including flood control, river design, stream grade control structures, dike systems, levees, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation, wetland and lake restoration, watershed issues and non-point source loading and point source designProduce design calculations, draft technical reports and perform water resources studiesPerform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineeringEIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of 'Coordinator' and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, standard CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling softwareSelf-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of taskAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
