Job Title: Water Resources EngineerJob Description We are seeking a Water Resources Engineer with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, natural systems, and stormwater collection systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and assignments involving bridge replacements and highway improvements. Responsibilities + Support H&H, ES&C, drainage, and SWM tasks associated with bridge replacement and highway improvement projects. + Engage with clients regarding technical challenges and opportunities. + Perform project management tasks as needed. + Develop plans, technical reports, and specifications for various projects. Essential Skills + 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering. + Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. + Experience with natural systems and stormwater collection systems. + Experience supporting H&H, drainage, and SWM for bridge and highway improvement projects. + EIT certification (PE certification is a plus). + Proficiency with MicroStation, HEC-RAS, and WinTR-55. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with civil engineering, bridge replacement, and highway improvement projects. + Familiarity with stormwater management, sanitary sewer, floodplain management, and stream restoration. + Proficiency in using hydrological modeling software and hydraulic design tools such as HydroCAD. Work Environment This role is based onsite in our DE office, within a team of 10 individuals on the transportation side. The position offers hybrid flexibility once you have adapted to the team.
