As a result, we have a full-time position available for a water resources project engineer. Responsibilities include preparing civil engineering design documents; preparing design computations, quantity/cost estimates and construction documents; serving as a project representative during design and construction; visiting project sites during design and construction for design data collection and verification for municipal water, wastewater and stormwater projects. Travel will be required. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited college or university and at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Familiarity with stormwater management, modeling, and design.
