**Job Title: Water Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Water Technician to join our team in Exton, PA. This role involves performing property restoration services with a primary focus on water damage. Candidates must have general labor, construction, restoration, or physical experience and be willing to work 60+ hours per week. This position requires living within a 45-minute radius of Exton, PA. **Responsibilities** + Perform property restoration services focusing on water damage. + Execute general construction labor tasks including demolition and clean-up. + Rip up wet carpet, remove damaged furniture, and extract water from floors. + Utilize a water moisture meter (training provided). + Enter basic job/project information into computers. + Handle emergency response situations, including major disasters such as hurricanes, which require all hands on deck. + Work an average of 50-60 hours per week. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, construction, or restoration. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to perform demolition and environmental cleanup. + Experience with property restoration and damage control. + Competency with smart phones and basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to be on one’s feet all day, except when driving to and from job sites. + Capacity to lift and carry weights ranging from 1-10 lbs constantly, 11-50 lbs frequently, and handle dehumidifiers (50+ lbs) daily. + Frequent stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crawling. + Constant repetitive use of both hands and feet. + Must reside within 30-45 minutes of the Exton office for emergency responses. + Must be accessible and keep phone on at all times for contact. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers job stability in a recession-proof industry, along with opportunities to earn significant income through overtime.
