Job Description PM takes care of everything - every project is in a different phase. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering or construction management  8+ years of professional experience in construction management, project management, & preparation of bid specifications  Has worked as a project manager in the utilities space (Wastewater, Water treatment, & sewage)  Microsoft Suite Experience (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)  Previous work experience in the state government, utilities, municipal, or local government space Professional Engineer (PE License)  Planning Software Experience either NWS OR Project Dox  GIS Experience (Esri software specifically)  Construction Manager Certification (State of IL) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
