Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating high-quality engineering drawings? Join our team in Cranberry Township, PA as a Water & Wastewater CADD Technician II. In this role, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to create exceptional designs for environmental engineering projects that make a real impact on communities.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting Excellence: Prepare detailed plans and profile drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D for:o Underground water and wastewater utilities
o Water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated buildings and structures
o Wastewater pumping stations and water booster stations
o Finished-water storage facilities
o Construction related exhibits including easement plats
Collaboration & Teamwork:o Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to support design and drafting needs
o Ensure drafting and CAD files adhere to company standards and project requirements
Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) with 2+ years of experience in the environmental engineering fieldAlternatively, 2-4 years of relevant experience without a degreeProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MEP 3D, and MicrosoftUnderstanding of civil design principles and CADD conceptsStrong skills in computers, geometry, trigonometry, and draftingAbility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (valid U.S. driver’s license required)Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
