Job Description
We are seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer to lead teams in the delivery of water projects. The role involves collaboration with various disciplines and participation in local professional organizations. You will assist in marketing business opportunities, develop responses to RFP/RFQs, provide marketing support during procurement and execution, and maintain long-term client relationships. Consistent project delivery on time and within budget, as well as the ability to manage and mentor staff, are essential.
ResponsibilitiesLead teams in the delivery of water projects.Participate in local professional organizations and present market-specific papers and presentations.Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines to produce plans and specifications.Assist in marketing business opportunities and develop responses to RFP/RFQs.Provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.Consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.Manage and mentor staff.Essential SkillsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.8+ years of relevant experience.Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota.Regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering.Active participation in professional organizations.Excellent technical writing skills.Strong client relationship skills.Excellent design team leadership skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsCivil engineeringWastewaterWater resourcesWater & wastewaterWork Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring two days in the office and three days working remotely. The company has been recognized for outstanding compensation, benefits, and work-life balance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00
