Job Title: Water Wastewater Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Wastewater Engineer to lead teams in the delivery of water projects. This role involves participation in local professional organizations, preparing, and presenting market-specific papers and presentations, and working in collaboration with other disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD to produce plans and specifications. The candidate will assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs, provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects, and develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The candidate must consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget and have a desire and ability to manage and mentor staff.

ResponsibilitiesLead teams in the delivery of water projects.Participate in local professional organizations and prepare and present market-specific papers and presentations.Collaborate with other disciplines in producing plans and specifications.Assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs.Provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.Manage and mentor staff.Essential SkillsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.8+ years of relevant experience.Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona.Regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering.Excellent technical writing skills.Strong client relationship skills.Excellent design team leadership skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsActive participation in professional organizations.Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with two days in the office and three days working remotely. The environment fosters collaboration and innovation, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00
