Job Title: Water Wastewater EngineerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Water Wastewater Engineer to lead teams in the delivery of water projects. This role involves participation in local professional organizations, preparing, and presenting market-specific papers and presentations, and working in collaboration with other disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD to produce plans and specifications. The candidate will assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs, provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects, and develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The candidate must consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget and have a desire and ability to manage and mentor staff. Responsibilities + Lead teams in the delivery of water projects. + Participate in local professional organizations and prepare and present market-specific papers and presentations. + Collaborate with other disciplines in producing plans and specifications. + Assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs. + Provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects. + Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. + Consistently manage and deliver projects on time and within budget. + Manage and mentor staff. Essential Skills + Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. + 8+ years of relevant experience. + Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona. + Regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering. + Excellent technical writing skills. + Strong client relationship skills. + Excellent design team leadership skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Active participation in professional organizations. Work Environment This is a hybrid position with two days in the office and three days working remotely. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
