In the role of Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity involving a managing project team.Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, acquiring new business and performing contract negotiations.Produce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplinesCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on scheduleServe in a Design Manager Role as requiredWork with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresSupervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project ManagersMaintain professional engineering registrationPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree7 years' experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projectsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent fieldPrevious experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projectsProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseSelf-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a taskAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Las Vegas, NV: $106,000.00- $153,100.00.
