We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Resident Project Representative (RPR) I to join our team in Lehigh Valley, PA. As a Water & Wastewater Resident Project Representative (RPR) I, you will gain knowledge and experience in civil engineering related practices and construction observation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


•Conducting on-site observation of work in progress in accordance with contract documents

•Documenting and reporting when work does not conform to contract documents

•Conducting final inspections to ensure:

All items are completed or corrected and make recommendations to Project Manager concerning acceptanceCertificates, maintenance and operation manuals and other data required to be assembled and furnished by Contractor are applicable to the items actually installed and in accordance with the contract document

•Drafting proposed change orders and work directive changes

•Reviewing project schedules, schedules of shop drawing submittals and schedules of values prepared by Contractor

•Maintaining field observation reports including photographs


Requirements

 

•High school diploma or GED

•2-4+ years' experience in:

Construction  observation and administration relative to water and wastewater projectsBasic survey, grade and cut sheets and quantity data

•NICET certification, desired

•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

•Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

•Must have a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings and/or regional office(s)

•Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
