We are seeking a Water / Wastewater Utility Worker for assignment in Mary Esther, Florida. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems on an assigned shift.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
** This position has a pay rate of $19 - $20/hr **
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility systems; including water, gas and electric
- Operate hand and power tools to complete various tasks
- Assist with the installation of new utility systems
- Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages or water leaks
- Clean assigned areas inside and outside the property; performing basic landscaping duties
- Inspect utility projects and ensuring compliance with state health and safety regulations
Qualifications- A valid Drivers License
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
