Do you want to teach the community about climate action? Join us this summer as a WaterShed Action Team member! A WaterShed Action Team member plans and facilitates environmental education activities for summer youth and family programs at the newly remodeled WaterShed Education Center. You will use exhibits, art, and programs to teach people of all ages how to protect and conserve resources. This position works under general supervision and is designated as At-Will. Essential Functions Collaborates, plans, and teaches water and STEM educational activities for visitors at The WaterShed Education Center during WaterShed Wednesday events and other lessons and outreach. Works with the WaterShed Education Coordinator Lead and education staff on program development and implementation. Participates in team-building and environmental stewardship activities as scheduled. Requirements Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training + Must be at least 15 years of age. + Interest in water or the environment and working with children.
