A day in the life as a Wave Associate + Allocates orders in local delivery, parcel, stores, and intercompany to maintain continued business operations + Assists the wave planner in monitoring and controlling the workflow by releasing orders from the warehouse management system to the Distribution Center associates + Engages management and operational leadership to assist in maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity + Performs cycle counts as necessary, to maintain accuracy of inventory + Maintains cleanliness and order of work areas + Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business + Participates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position + Performs all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals What you’ll bring to the table… + Strong problem solving and analytical skills + Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills + Good communication skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Attention to detail We’d love to hear from you if you have… + 3+ years previous related work experience + High School Diploma or GED equivalent Euromarket Designs, Inc., which does business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, will be referred to as “the Company”.
