Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a versatile and compassionate Floater NA/CNA position at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a Floater Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and vital support for our senior clients. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to be available whenever assigned. Responsibilities:

Assist clients in their personal care needs, ensuring utmost comfort and preserving their dignity. Properly manage and provide support for clients' medication requirements. Closely monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor. Maintain accurate records of all provided care and document any observations or concerns. Offer companionship, emotional support, and active listening to clients, promoting their overall well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and running errands. Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Effectively and professionally communicate with clients, their families, and the healthcare team. Be flexible and available to work at varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Be willing to drive to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities. Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. Quickly adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care.

Requirements:

Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule. Demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. Have the ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize tasks. Successfully complete a background check and drug screening. Possess a strong work ethic and exhibit dependability. Be capable of adapting to various tasks and environments. Have outstanding communication skills.
