We are currently hiring a Nursing Aide/CNA to join our dedicated and compassionate team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area, playing a crucial part in assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and oral care Help clients with mobility and transferring to and from beds or chairs Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse Administer medications as prescribed by the client's physician Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary requirements Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients Report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements:

Valid Nursing Aide/CNA certification in the state of Hawaii High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail Ability to work independently and follow instructions Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation to commute to client locations
