Wealth Management Client Solutions Supervisor

Job Description:

At Regions, the Wealth Management Client Solutions Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of consultants focused on client administration and acquisition of a small group of Personal and Institutional Trust and Retirement Plan accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

Utilizes a high level of trust industry expertise to lead a team of consultants

Consults on the most complex client relationships and develops customized solutions based upon subject matter expertise

Develops and maintains client relationships

Partners with technology to define business requirements and perform user acceptance testing for new Wealth Management technologies that enhance innovation

Contributes to process improvement and risk management strategies

Ensures team is performing duties in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures and all applicable external regulations

Serves as a subject matter expert to Wealth Management partners in the field, specializing in Estates, Retirement, Endowments & Foundations, Custody, Asset Management or Funeral Trust services

Provides advice, coaching, and guidance to team members

Performs general supervisory duties, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations

Leads and manages special projects as needed

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of Trust or closely related experience

High School Diploma and eleven (11) years of Trust or closely related experience

Preferences

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

Juris Doctor (JD)

Experience in Custody industry, ERISA, Trust Administration and Institutional/Retirement Services Administration, and Investments

Professional designations and/or certifications

Previous supervisory or management experience

Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Corporate Trust related systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong presentation and sales skills

This position supervises the Institutional Client Solutions team, which manages Institutional Trust, Corporate Trust Paying Agent, Statutory Trust, Retirement Services, and Endowment & Foundations.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$82,726.40 USD

Median:

$112,120.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
