Wealth Management Development Program - Summer 2025 Start

Associated Bank’s Emerging Talent Programs are committed to growing high potential talent and accelerating their development by providing training, career development planning, networking opportunities, mentorship, performance feedback and robust assignments highlighting the functional areas’ value and impact across the organization.

In the Wealth Management Development Program, trainees will participate in a 12-month rotational introduction to the key disciplines of Financial Planning, Trust (Personal, Corporate, Institutional), Retirement Plan Services, Investment Management, and Private Banking. Trainees will experience a combination of on-the-job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development. Within the rotations, the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the discipline with the goal of contributing to daily client deliverables for the respective lines of business.

This person will:

• Expand knowledge and expertise through ongoing specialized training.
• Under guidance, support the successful execution of assigned initiatives, through project planning, coordination of partnerships, project management against defined key milestones, communications between all stakeholders.
• Complete required program training and assignments, obtaining mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes, mastering assessments, and meeting minimum performance and production standards.
• Learn and understand the Wealth Management environment including aspects such as the sales and service delivery model, distribution channels, client and industry segmentation, financial planning approach, investment management story, growth strategies, brand, regulatory and compliance standards, and infrastructure, etc.

•  Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events with peers and executives.

•  Attend development workshops, skills training, and receive regular feedback to support your growth and performance.

•  Receive comprehensive performance feedback, focusing on personal and professional development.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, Required.

• Sales experience and exposure to CFP prep curriculum, Required.

Experience

•  Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.
