Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Wealth Management Senior Operations Representative** to join our client’s team in Pennington, NJ. **Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ College degree preferred, but not required
+ Prior experience in operations is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
+ Process and review tax-related information for Wealth Management Investment and retirement accounts.
+ Ensure adherence to IRS and State regulatory requirements for accurate and timely tax reporting.
+ Work on various reports to meet strict deadlines and maintain data integrity.
+ Contribute to procedure maintenance and participate in annual tax form testing and validation.
+ Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
**Pay Details:** $31.60 per hour
