As part of Wealth Management (WM) Solutions, the Solutions Product Development group works in conjunction with numerous wealth management investment solutions teams to develop and deliver products for use in the Private Bank (PB), JPMorgan Advisors (JPMA) and Chase Wealth Management (CWM) lines of business. 

Position Overview:

The candidate will join the Wealth Management Solutions team, concentrating on supporting the trading and investment implementation of the firm’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF) program and its donors. The role involves contributing to the strategy, design, and integration of new DAF product launches and features, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the investment process and trading execution for donors. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual with a comprehensive project management approach, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment, possessing superior analytical skills, and being an effective communicator.

The candidate will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of investment strategies and trading operations, working with cross-functional and cross-LOB teams, and providing thought leadership in these areas.

Candidates should have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities in both written and oral forms, and experience in strategy initiatives across teams and partners. A passion for digital and financial services, particularly in trading and investment management, is essential. Successful candidates will be expected to quickly adapt and contribute effectively to a dynamic agenda

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance current state operating models and create future state value propositions, focusing on the trading and investment aspects of the DAF product offering across the wealth continuum. Partner closely with various digital product teams to enhance the digital client experience related to investment workflows and implementation. Develop and manage projects through strategy development, product definition, and agile implementation, with a focus on trading and investment execution and asset servicing support. Identify new DAF product capabilities and features through detailed analysis, assessing customer demand and market opportunities, particularly in investment options. Provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and high-level wireframes to support UX design, tech development, and operations support, with an emphasis on trading and investment processes. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to identify and address areas of risk and regulatory exposure related to trading and investment activities. Create and present executive updates, including performance metrics, delivery status, and client and Advisor feedback, with a focus on investment performance and trading efficiency. Support the development of strategy and go-to-market approach, playing an important role in identifying activities to ensure a seamless rollout of investment-related offerings. Define detailed plans to position, communicate, and launch new investment options to customers, advisors, and internal stakeholders. Identify all interdependencies across initiatives and work diligently to address them as part of planning for rollout

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics 7+ years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting, preferably within wealth management 3-5 years of experience in trading, wealth management, or a related financial services role. Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required. Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CMT are advantageous.
