Wealth Strategy Manager
Description Citizens Wealth Management has crafted a strategy to transform its business and achieve its vision to be the Wealth firm of choice for individuals, their families, and businesses. In supporting this vision, we are looking for a Wealth Strategy Manager who will be primarily responsible for reporting on strategic progress across the Wealth Management business, owning the business’s competitive intelligence function, and leading select strategic initiatives. To accomplish these objectives the individual will need to closely partner with the Wealth Management Leadership Team as well as key partners across the Bank. Primary Responsibilities + Team lead for strategic reporting – own the end-to-end process to produce senior executive reporting and presentations that clearly articulate Wealth Management strategy, progress towards goals, financial results, etc. + Team lead for competitive research and industry insights - Create competitive intelligence capability and supporting processes to ensure the Wealth Management Leadership team is apprised of key industry trends and Wealth Management’s position vs. competitors + Additional responsibilities include: + Supporting shaping of Wealth Management’s strategic narrative + Identify, diagnose, and prioritize improvement opportunities for Wealth as appropriate. + Provide strategic consultation to Wealth leadership and their teams. + Execute strategic initiatives as appropriate. + Support ongoing measurement/monitoring of Wealth’s growth strategy. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in financial services preferably as a consultant or in a strategy, marketing, or communications role. + Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. + Ability to communicate complex concepts and create executive level reporting and presentations. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and translate into actionable insights. + Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Strategic and innovative mindset and ability to think long-term while also executing short-term goals. + Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills + Knowledge of Wealth Management product, services, and industry trends + Knowledge of Retail/consumer banking products, services, and industry trends a plus + Knowledge of agile principles and delivery a plus + Education: Bachelor's degree required Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $170,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
