Purpose of Role: The Wear Rubber Specialist will be responsible for running the 60A and 60B presses. They will work around extreme weight, extreme pressure, and extreme temperatures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Press Machines: Push rubber through the extruder, load it into the mold, add core, close the mold, wait, then pull out the rubber and trim it and stick it on the pallet.   Material Selection: Select appropriate rubber materials based on the specific requirements of each application.Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, twisting, etc.Ability to read and interpret drawings and blue printsExperience working in a hands on environment
