**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** + In the weaver operator position, you will be in charge of making circuit looms, bombing the yarn, and ensuring the quality of the product + You will pick count and identify any defects or anomalies in the fabric as the machine will not work when there are defects. + You will also flag down the fixer apprentices if you identify a quality issue. + You will work primarily on the air jet loom and Rapier loom and can work in the carbon room for additional compensation. + This role offers growth opportunities within the company. **Hard Skills** + Setting up the weaver machine + Threading needles by hand + Inspecting product to ensure patterns are correct **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina. **Work Environment** 7a-7p, 2x2x3 schedule.
