Driven by data insights, this role will provide recommendations for optimizing digital strategy, enhancing the user experience and driving engagement. This is an essential role in connecting people with the right care by supporting an optimal, consumer-focused digital experience. **Responsibilities** • Monitor, analyze and report on web metrics, user journeys and conversions to identify trends, patterns and insights related to user engagement, content effectiveness and conversion funnels • Create benchmark metrics to evaluate performance over time • Recommend opportunities for implementing new data layers and event tracking • Develop presentations to report findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders • Support members of the broader team by collaborating on and creating unique dashboards to capture meaningful data to support various workstreams • Assist with A/B testing in partnership with user testing to optimize the digital experience • Ensure analytic practices comply with HIPAA requirements and data privacy standards • Develop strong working relationships with various teams across UNC Health • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies, including responsibly and appropriately adopting AI This job profile is intended to provide a representation of responsibilities required.
