**Summary**
As a member of the Marketing Technology and Operations team, the Web Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing performance across UNC Health’s digital experiences, including hospital websites, Find a Doctor, Find a Location, site search as well as third-party listings platforms. Driven by data insights, this role will provide recommendations for optimizing digital strategy, enhancing the user experience and driving engagement. This is an essential role in connecting people with the right care by supporting an optimal, consumer-focused digital experience.
**Responsibilities**
• Monitor, analyze and report on web metrics, user journeys and conversions to identify trends, patterns and insights related to user engagement, content effectiveness and conversion funnels
• Create benchmark metrics to evaluate performance over time
• Recommend opportunities for implementing new data layers and event tracking
• Develop presentations to report findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Support members of the broader team by collaborating on and creating unique dashboards to capture meaningful data to support various workstreams
• Assist with A/B testing in partnership with user testing to optimize the digital experience
• Ensure analytic practices comply with HIPAA requirements and data privacy standards
• Develop strong working relationships with various teams across UNC Health
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies, including responsibly and appropriately adopting AI

**Professional Experience Requirements**
• Three (3) or more years of related experience preferred
**Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements**
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Proven experience working with web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing and website optimization techniques
• Strong strategic and consumer focus
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Background/interest in healthcare
• Agility and good judgement
• Ability to professionally and respectfully collaborate in a diverse organization
