Your role at Baxter

We are seeking a strategic Technical Integration Web Architect to perform technical solution architecture to ensure our organization's large-scale ERP implementation program known as Day 2 program is implemented successfully. This effort will enable the new KCO organization to stand on its own technology platform.

What you will be doingDesign, develop, and implement web technical solutions to ensure integration with the new ERP system.Craft the technical architecture for the Web channel.Collaborate with Business Process Owners and ERP technical leads to ensure that the Integrations meets the organization's strategic objectives and business requirements.Strong understanding of cloud based Integration SaaS solutions. Strong experience in integrating various systems and data sources.Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), with Java/J2EE Frameworks.Cross platform services development experience with AWS with good understanding of SOAP, REST, JSON, WSDL, XML, DTD, XSD.Understanding of varying service protocols such as WS*, REST, JMS.What you'll bringA bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related fieldKnowledge of application integration services on AWS is preferred.4+ years as a Front - End Developer in developing User Interface (UI)web applications by using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, Ajax, JSON, Angular, React and Node.js.Extensive experience on front-end template frameworks for JavaScript – Including Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular and ReactExperience developing enterprise applications in Spark, Scala, Java, and J2EE technologies.Work with ReactJS components, including service resources, routing, dependency injection, one-way data binding, and event handling. Experience with popular libraries and tools such as Redux, React Router, and Webpack is a plus. Familiarity with Angular concepts like dependency injection, two-way data binding, and filters.Experience in designing the interface UI/UX strategy, UI requirements, converting findings into UI designs. Able to produce visually appealing designs with usability, utility, UX, cross-browser compatibility and SEO / web standards.Proficient in Object Oriented Design/Development (OOD), Object Oriented Analysis and Design(OOAD), Model View Control (MVC) design pattern and Development (TDD).Familiarity with DevOps practices, collaborate with development and operations teams.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
