BACKGROUND/SKILLS REQUIRED
At least five year history working on web technology projects, including public websites, with a proven history of on-time, to-cost delivery
Extensive experience developing a variety of requirements analysis work products, including business requirements documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams, data layouts, system mockups and/or use cases
Proven ability to work with abstract concepts, to help clarify and refine focus of assigned work, and to contribute in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Attention to detail is an important attribute for this candidate in order to pull the necessary level of specificity from the business community to obtain clear and precise requirements
Strong analytical skills to discern underlying business and technical needs
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to graphically communicate technical data concepts; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business contacts
A minimum education level of a Bachelors degree in a relevant business or technology discipline
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
A close working knowledge of the financial industry and the wholesale distribution of mutual fund products in particular is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the COMPANY Retail Information Systems (RIS) Department, the Web Business Analyst – along with the Senior Project Manager – supports the website initiatives of the COMPANY Interactive Marketing group, including the internal Apollo intranet, the COMPANY.com public website, Korea Fund, and 529 program sites. This is a temp-to-permanent/permanent position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with key stakeholders and business groups to transform complex business needs into detailed business and functional requirements
Interact with a multi-disciplinary team comprised of internal AAM employees and on- and off-site consultants to develop business and functional requirements based on AAM methodologies and templates
Work with clients and RIS management to prioritize both smaller enhancement requests and larger projects; ensure that prioritization is consistent with stakeholder/business goals
Interact with the internal IT organization to ensure that requirements requested are consistent with our enterprise architecture
Assist the Site Manager/Senior Project Manager in proper day-to-day proper functioning of the site including the appearance of all website content and features
Respond to client requests regarding enhancements to COMPANY’s websites; manage requirements process and development lifecycle associated with these requests
Act as lead and primary coordinator for final testing and quality assurance of projects and/or enhancements from development team. Coordinate client user acceptance testing/sign-off, review deliverables from development team to ensure they meet requirements, and provide on-shore testing/QA support as needed to validate off-shore development team QA
Assist the Site Manager/Senior Project Manager in coordinating internal activities, including IT infrastructure, application and reporting interfacing, design, external communications, and training
Assist the Site Manager/Senior Project Manager on maintaining up-to-date project plans, issues log, risk log, meeting minutes, and other project assets
