Web (C#) Developer

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Web (C#) Developer in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan. The role involves the development of web-based applications that streamline business processes across the organization. This position is integral to our operations, requiring a professional with proficiency in a range of programming languages and development tools.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and design computer programs that automate specific business processes
• Create applications that support all aspects of our manufacturing operations
• Actively communicate and document application requirements with internal and external customers
• Prepare flow charts and write application instructions and procedures for users
• Debug and document programs to ensure their efficient operation
• Assist other developers with the design and development of business applications when necessary
• Utilize a range of development tools including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
• Employ various programming languages such as C#, JavaScript Libraries (Vue, Angular, JQuery), HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, Python, Powershell, and .NET Framework
• Work with CSS/JavaScript Frameworks such as Vuetify, AXIOS, Vuex Store, NPM
• Manage databases including MS SQL Server and TSQL
• Utilize project management tools like YouTrack, GitLab (SVN), Git
• Work with website/cloud services including AWS, Laravel Forge, and WordPress
• Utilize other tools such as Signal R, Crystal Reports, and Bartender Label Making Software Requirements • Proficiency in C Sharp Programming (C#)
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC Framework
• Familiarity with .NET and .NET Framework
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, and jQuery
• Solid understanding of HTML
• Proficiency in MVC Framework
• Experience with API - Application Programming Interface
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve the issue
