Job Description My client, a small, disabled-veteran owned government integrator headquartered out of Northern Virginia, is seeking a Web Communications Specialist to join their team in support of their federal client NOAA. This is a hybrid role that is expected to be onsite in Silver Spring, MD two days/week minimum. Their day to day responsibilities will include working with the Service Delivery Center to help revamp the internal database/website to improve the employees' internal user experience. This will include developing intuitive web-based intake processes, incorporating illustrations, infographics, and other visual aids to enhance the clarity and user experience of customer requests, and developing NOAA-wide communications via web, email, or other mediums.
