Web Compliance Engineer

This position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Cookie compliance on North America-based websites and mobile applications using the One Trust platform.

 

Responsibilities

Maintain North America website inventory  (website provisioning and decommissioning) Configure NA websites in OneTrust Cookie Consent Module  Scan NA websites and configure cookie consent banner and preference center within OneTrust Categorize website cookies and publish the scripts from OneTrust as required Website Development Lifecycle support:  Work closely with website business and technical owners (including 3rd  party owners) to maintain website compliance, schedule change within release schedules and provide hyper care support for OneTrust cookie consent configurations Share OneTrust scripts with website owners/developers Participate in established Chubb architecture and IT processes for provisioning new websites Review OneTrust changes in website UAT and Prod environments and provide final sign off Regular and periodic communication and follow-up with website business and technical owners 

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field. At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Frontend Software Engineer  At least 2 years of hands-on working knowledge of website technical design and development  Strong, hands-on working knowledge of the OneTrust Cookie Consent Module  Working knowledge of website tracking technology (e.g., cookies) and mobile application tracking technology (e.g., SDKs) OneTrust Cookie Consent expert - certification Some experiencing using the OneTrust mobile application solution OneTrust Privacy Professional Certification Experience in web development with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, JSON, XML and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Preferred Skills

Strong project management skills (e.g., project scheduling, coordination, milestone and deliverable tracking) and experience with project lifecycle management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English Strong experience using MS Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)  OneTrust Consulting skills (e.g., business requirements analysis, solution design and implementation, technical troubleshooting and support) OneTrust Cookie Consent architecture standards and best practices Experience in business requirements analysis
