Education and Work Experience Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interface or related field is desired.
· 3+ years experience in Web development.
· Web development with an emphasis in creating cross browser compliant user interfaces.
· Elegantly implement page designs in standards-compliant HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery.
· CMS like EpiServer, Documentum and WordPress as a content management system.
· Programming languages like .Net (C#), Java, Java Server Pages (JSP).
· Scheduling email campaigns in Hubspot and SilverPop.
· Development APIs utilizing JSON and XML.
· Web Analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Web Trends
· Web Services
· SQL and Oracle databases.
Specific Knowledge and Skills
· Understanding of browser compatibility and security limitations across all versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari.

· A desire to learn new skills and technologies, and the ability to pick them up easily.
· Well-versed in code optimization and software design principles, with a passion and demonstrated experience in UI design and development.
