 Contractor employee will perform tasks on an as-needed basis, such as: 

§  Design and build web sites and back-end data applications

§  Test applications

§  Work on development teams

§  Assess functional needs and requirements

§  Develop thorough documentation of systems, solutions, and interfaces

Contractor Employee Qualifications

§  Contractor employee must have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing web front ends and back-end applications

§  Experience in PL/SQL, MySQL, Java, C++, and a variety of programming languages

§  Knowledge of security controls and demonstrated experience applying security best-practices throughout the development lifecycle.
