Responsibilities The Web Developer supports the Sponsor’s initiative to create a marketing strategy and organizational brand that better communicates the service offerings across the IC. The Web Developer also supports a Sponsor led Customer Engagement Team (CET) focusing on formalizing customer outreach and communication, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing department impact. Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talkabout and SharePoint sites Design includes a development, testing, and implementation plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards and aligns with the Sponsor’s Customer Engagement Strategy Create metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performance Create an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current website Meet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specifications Make small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger Qualifications Required: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance A bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering Eight (8) to 10 (ten) years of relevant experience. Five (5) years of experience of website development Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships High level of creativity and innovative design skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations Desired: Experience with SharePoint and Word Press Experience developing web pages on Intelink Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
