Amyx is seeking to hire a Web Developer/Engineer to support our CAGE/DIW contract with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

 

Responsible for the development of middle to high-end web based applications and  designing/developing web pages. Must be able to utilize HTML and .NET utilizing visual studio and .NET development tools. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration andtesting tools.Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.Participates in development of software user manuals. Qualifications

Required:

Secret Clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
IAT Level II (Sec+) certification or higher
One (1+) year relevant experience
Experience may include, but not limited to:
Experience Designing, developing, enhancing, debugging and implementing software.

Experienced in researching, testing, building and coordinating the conversion or integration of new products based on customer requirements.
Experience in software testing and documentation to include mobile code (iOS and Android) and C#.Net.
Requires good customer relation skills.
Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field with one year experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development. 

 

Desired:

Experience with FrontPage, DLA Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Support and Disposition Integration Web (DIW) Support, J62 DreamWeaver, or related applications, is desired.
