Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Web Manager/Designer for the School of Arts and Sciences. This exciting role offers an opportunity to take the lead in developing and managing the main School of Arts and Sciences websites and its 120 other site designs and functionality to ensure the evolution of the school.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Maintains the Rutgers website and brand standards across all SAS websites to meet the needs of users and the institution’s goals, as well as leading all website migration projects as needed. Works independently on large-scale complex website projects and is responsible for the overall content and design. Works with the central SAS design and social media team to ensure visuals, messaging, and marketing strategy vitally contributes to the school’s multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns by creating informative and exciting web experiences that greatly enhance our presence and reputation. Collects and analyzes web metrics such as visits, time on site, click through rates, and user engagement.
