This is an individual contributor role where you will assist with the execution of A/B tests, support the development of personalization experiences, and contribute to landing page optimizations that aid overall growth across multiple channels and programs (SEO, SEM, ABM and more). As part of this dynamic marketing role, you will build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders, including design, development, and content teams; leveraging your creativity, market research, and data to propose test ideas and website growth initiatives. What youll doSupport website experimentation initiatives to improve website conversion rates, contributing to business growth through A/B testing efforts. Help enhance website UX by collaborating on improvements that address the needs of various audiences, including customers, candidates, and partners. Support the optimization of key website touchpoints across landing pages, forms, and navigation flows to enhance the customer buyer's journey. Contribute to growing traffic and conversions by creating engaging website content and experiences that align with marketing and business objectives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the alignment of website tests and initiatives with broader business goals. Assist in developing processes to report on website performance, track key metrics, and provide insights that inform website growth recommendations.What you bring1+ years of relevant experience in website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or a similar role, with a track record of supporting measurable growth through data-driven strategies. Understanding of web analytics and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Looker, or similar). Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and share findings with stakeholders effectively. Experience with content management systems (Storyblok, Wordpress, or similar). Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, ABM, and others).
