**Job Title: Web Press - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We specialize in creating print materials for educational purposes and conferences. This includes prework packets for conferences, homeschooling resources such as learning packets, tests, and answer keys. This role involves working across multiple departments, starting with learning various materials and performing finishing work for approximately two weeks. Following this, you will receive training in web press operations and laminator use. **Responsibilities** + Learn and manage different print materials + Perform finishing work for the first two weeks + Receive training and operate web press machinery + Operate the laminator **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of printing experience, preferably within web press + Mechanically inclined + 2 years of job tenure in recent positions + Machine operation experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the print industry + Experience with web press, digital print, and laminator operations **Why Work Here?** We offer a climate-controlled environment and allow drinks at workstations. Overtime is rare but may extend the shift to 3:30 pm, with prior notice the night before. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
