**Job Title: Web Press Operator (1st Shift)** **Job Description** We specialize in creating print materials for educational purposes and conferences. Whether it's pre-conference packets or homeschooling resources like learning packets, tests, and answer keys, we ensure high-quality printed materials. This role involves working across several departments, starting with learning about various materials and performing finishing work for approximately two weeks. Following this, you will receive training on web press operations and the laminator. **Responsibilities** + Learn and understand different print materials and processes. + Perform finishing work for the first two weeks. + Train on web press operations and the laminator. + Operate machinery and ensure smooth production processes. + Maintain a high level of mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in printing, preferably with web press. + Mechanically inclined. + 2 years of job tenure in the most recent positions. + Experience in machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the print industry. + Experience with digital print and laminator operations. **Why Work Here?** We offer a climate-controlled work environment with the flexibility to have drinks at your workstation.
