What You’ll Be Doing
The Web Publisher – Co-op is a member of the Corporate Intranet team which is responsible for updating and enhancing our corporate and social intranet sites. You will be accountable for publishing pages, documents, and images to CIBC intranet. This includes receiving, preparing, publishing and reviewing content changes while adhering to corporate standards and brand guidelines to all intranet contents. This individual will assess requests for compliance and will proactively identify possible compliance issues under the intranet governance model.

Publish Content – Work closely with members of the Intranet team, business partners, and communications team to prepare and publish intranet contents. Ensure that urgent news messages and escalations are managed in a timely manner.Quality Assurance and Auditing - Ensure brand guidelines are applied to all intranet contents. Ensure deliverables are reviewed for quality assurance, prior to business partner reviews or publishing.Organization – Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks, calendar and emails in an efficient and effective manner. Time management is critical in this roleWho You AreYou're digitally savvy. You can demonstrate understanding of Internet/Intranet techniques, design, and information architecture as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Experience in data entry and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and HTML is an asset.
