5-9+ years of experience in Middleware administration or WebMethods administration Bachelors Degree or suitable combination of experience 3+ years of Unix and Linux Installation and upgrade or migration of WebMethods products Strong administration experience on WebMethods products 9/10x versions Production support experience for enterprise environments Nice to Have: Retail corporate experience Experience in middleware software (JBOSS, Oracle Fusion, IBM WAS) installation, configuration, tuning and administration.
