WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: \n

We are seeking an energetic Website + Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. This person will own management of the Mercantile Bank website and support the Digital Marketing Manager with marketing analytics and reporting, as well as digital marketing campaign development and execution. This role has direct impact on our continued success by optimizing the technology and systems used to reach our customers and find ever more clever ways to help Mercantile stand out from the crowd. \n

By collaborating with our vendor web developers and designers you will ensure our company website and mobile app are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging and objectives. You should be a highly detailed, curious person who enjoys exploring areas for improvement with a focus on SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization. \n

Using your analytical mindset, you will track website performance, user behavior, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness - ultimately using those insights to make data-driven decisions. Your passion for crafting targeted email marketing automations, executing A\/B tests, and analyzing the results will ensure we're optimizing our marketing efforts. A solid understanding of social media, PPC, SEO, and display advertising will set you up for success in this role. \n

Collaborating with the Marketing team and at the direction of your manager you'll drive traffic to the website, generate leads, and increase conversions, furthering the reach of Mercantile Bank in our efforts to be the financial partner of choice for businesses and residents across the state of Michigan. \n

TO SUM UP: \n

We're looking for someone who has: \n\nBachelor's degree (Marketing preferred) OR minimum HS Diploma + equivalent technical certifications\nMinimum 2 years' experience managing a company website and mobile app \nMinimum 2 years' experience executing digital marketing campaigns \nMinimum 2 years' experience analyzing marketing data \nExperience managing HubSpot required \nExperience with Google Analytics required \nPreferred knowledge of Yext and Formstack \nStrong aptitude for learning new systems and using technology to create efficiencies \nAbility to work in-person in Grand Rapids, MI \nA desire to be in a collaborative and teamwork-oriented atmosphere\nExtremely strong written communication skills and awareness of tone, trends, and inclusion \nCurious and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement \nStrong personal accountability with ability to manage time effectively \n\n
