General Description:\n
This pivotal role merges website performance management with marketing automation strategy to enhance user engagement, optimize lead nurturing, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will oversee the functionality, performance, and content of our website while creating and executing automation workflows that support the entire digital marketing funnel. With a strategic mindset and strong technical expertise, this individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless and impactful digital experience that aligns with our business goals. Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, etc.).Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementing website changes. Must have strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multi-task open issues in a fast-paced environment. Position reports to the Director of Marketing.\n

This individual demonstrates expertise in marketing funnel concepts, using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo to build and manage automated workflows, execute personalized email campaigns, and design lead-nurturing strategies. They excel at monitoring campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates), implementing A\/B testing, and refining strategies to improve results and ROAS. Additionally, the candidate is skilled in analyzing data from website analytics and marketing campaigns, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Collaborative and results-driven, they thrive in cross-functional environments, working with marketing teams, agencies, and developers to achieve business goals.\n

The responsibilities of this position encompass managing website operations, marketing automation, and performance monitoring to drive business objectives. The role involves overseeing daily website tasks, including content updates, landing page creation, and performance optimization using tools like Hot Jar, ensuring a secure, responsive, and user-friendly experience. The individual will collaborate with SEO agencies to enhance content visibility through tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, while managing the content management system (CMS) to support marketing campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates.\n
In marketing automation, the candidate will build and manage workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo. They will design and execute lead-nurturing strategies, create personalized and segmented campaigns, and ensure clean data integration between the website, CRM, and other tools. Additionally, they will monitor and refine campaign performance metrics, implement A\/B testing, and enhance Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).\n
Finally, the role includes analyzing data from website and marketing automation campaigns, building dashboards to track KPIs such as traffic, lead conversion rates, and customer engagement, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize overall marketing effectiveness.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Requirements:\n
Education and Experience:\n\n\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in website management and marketing automation.\n\n\n\n
Technical Proficiency:\n\nProficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.\nExpertise with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo.\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementing website updates.\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data integration best practices.\nStrong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.\n\n\n\n
