Website Manager Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Dearborn, MI START YOUR APPLICATION (https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req\_id=3286053&source=3286053-CJB-0) Job Title: Manager, Website Job Status: Full-time (Hybrid) Job Summary: Under limited supervision the Website Manager will oversee, manage, and optimize our website-s content, design, and user experience. This role is responsible for ensuring that the organization-s websites serve as an effective tool to build the organization-s brand, tell our impact story, drive engagement and action across diverse audiences. The Website Manager will manage ongoing content updates, drive redesign efforts, implement (SEO) Search Engine Optimization best practices, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is accurate up-to-date, and easy to find + Coordinate with internal teams to gather, organize, and publish new content, including department sections, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia + Ensure all website content is consistent, optimized for SEO, and strategically aimed at increasing engagement + Lead and coordinate website redesign efforts if necessary, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support evolving organizational needs + Manage the website-s structure and layout to ensure it meets user needs, is visually and organic traffic + Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to on-page content, meta descriptions, headers, and image optimization + Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations to enhance search ranking and reach + Create, maintain, and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns, programs and events + Work closely with macromms partners to test and refine landing page strategies optimizing for lead generation and conversions + Set up and maintain website analytics tools to track traffic, use behavioral, conversion rates, and other key metrics + Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement + Continuously evaluate website performance and implement changes to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion + Partner with cross-functional teams, IT to ensure our websites are best-in-class + Manage and prioritize website-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, with scope, and withing budget + Act as primary point of contact for website-related issues, resolving technical problems with IT support as needed + Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of: + Proficiency in Content management, or managing websites, SEO + Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) + Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization + Design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch + Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus + Familiarity with Arab American communities a plus + Arabic language preferred Skill in: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and improve website performance + Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications for program area and other applications, including Microsoft Office + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a small team Ability to: + Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment + Analyze web traffic and user behavior data + Analyze all aspects of the website and ensure they are functioning correctly and are visually appealing + Develop and implement effective SEO plans + Develop engaging content and visually appealing designs that attract and retain website visitors + Adapt to new technologies, trends, and changing organization preferences + Create visually appealing and functional web layouts Educational/Previous Experience Requirements: + Minimum Degree Required: + Bachelor-s degree + Required Disciplines: + Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field) ~and~ + 3-5 years- experience in digital content management, managing websites, SEO or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources + Proven track record of managing successful website projects and improving web performance is required Licenses/Certifications: + Licenses/Certifications Required at Date of Hire: + None Working Conditions: Hours: Normal business hours, some additional hours may be required Travel Required: None generally required; Local, in-state, national, and international travel, up to 10% Working Environment: Climate controlled office START YOUR APPLICATION (https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req\_id=3286053&source=3286053-CJB-0)
