The BHAS Hospitality division aims to make Pitt the most welcoming campus for our guests and is comprised of three units. Heinz Memorial Chapel is an architectural gem gifted to the University by HJ Heinz and dedicated in 1938. The Chapel hosts various religious services, concerts, lectures, memorial services and guided tours and is a premier venue for weddings in the Pittsburgh region. Our Conference Services team is a “one-stop shop” for event planning, working with clients to manage, plan, and coordinate all logistics for on-campus meetings and events, plus summer camps and conferences. The University Club is Pitt’s faculty, staff, and alumni club, with benefits including a dedicated fitness center, library, and four restaurant options, including the breathtaking Rooftop Terrace overlooking the Cathedral of Learning. The Club also features nearly 15,000 square feet of reservable private event space, available to clients from both inside and outside the University.
