About the Position In this role, you-ll provideone-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyto children with autism in their homes. You-ll use your Mandarin language skills to build connections, foster communication, and empower children to develop critical life skills. Guided by a professional team, you-ll help create brighter futures for children and families. What You-ll Do + Deliver personalized ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. + Use positive reinforcement and tailored strategies to encourage progress. + Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. + Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in care. + Monitor progress and share insights with the team. What We-re Looking For + Fluency in Mandarin is required. + Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is preferred. + Strong communication skills to connect with children and families. + A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach. + High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a bonus.
