We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments, and quality checks. This position is for the weekend shift, Friday to Monday from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with a 15% shift differential. The role involves reviewing production data, preparing status reports, and working with team members to improve equipment, processes, systems, and tooling.
ResponsibilitiesPerform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments, and quality checksReview production data to identify areas of non-conformance and implement necessary modificationsPrepare status reportsCollaborate with team members to devise and develop improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and toolingEnsure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properlyProvide direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standardsAudit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanshipProvide immediate feedback and training when problems occurEssential SkillsSkilled in the operation of a variety of assembly toolsVisual acuity and manual dexterityGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, mechanical assembly, cleanroom procedures, schematic reading, tape measure usage, work instructions, and plasticsWhy Work Here?
